- Contact My Resume Profile with your order. All ordering is handled via email, telephone or postal service. Click here to let us know that you would like to be contacted with further information.
- You will receive a quote and a service contract for the services you have requested.
- Deliver the content required to create your site to My Resume Profile. We offer affordable rates for writing or editing content for your site - just ask.
Examples of site content you might want to include:
- Your resume
- A brief career objective, goal or mission statement
- A list of key competencies or a summary of skills you have to offer an employer
- A 1-2 paragraph personal bio that describes who you are and your accomplishments
- A professional photograph or headshot
- Materials for your portfolio - might include written documents, photographs, audio or video files, press releases or news items, links to projects you have been involved in.
- The name or handle you would like to appear in your personalized web address (only if you ordered an online maintenance package with My Resume Profile) example: www.myresumeprofile.com/ johnsmith

- An initial invoice for 50% of the design fees will be sent to you. Making this payment constitutes acceptance of the terms of the quote and design contract and is due before design work will begin.
- My Resume Profile will contact you with a link to a temporary web address once the design work is completed. You will be able to review your completed site, request revisions if needed and give final approval. Please notify us of any needed revisions or corrections in a timely manner.
- Once you have given final approval on your site, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance due on the design work and any additional services you have ordered.
- After final payment is received, your site will be ready to go live.
